The project area is Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, with a total area of 9.8 square kilometers. This project adopts multi-rotor UAV oblique aerial photography. The image ground resolution of the whole region is 2-4cm, the original image data size is 339G, and the number of original images is 39,359. The total duration of aerial photography is 13 working days. VISIONTEK INC. autonomous 3D data processing system is adopted in the test area, and 10 server-level cluster computers are used for operation processing. The construction period is eight weeks. After the inspection of our company's quality control department, the precision error of the plane and elevation is less than 0.1m, which meets the design requirements. It can be submitted for acceptance. The main application of tilt photography in the field of surveying and mapping is to quickly build fine 3D models. The 3D model built by tilt photography and its service platform will become the basic spatial information support for industrial applications. With the characteristics of realistic 3D data and high production efficiency of tilt photography, a perfect data updating mechanism with short cycle can be established for smart cities.
