Wisco Energy plant pipeline management and inspection system

Project Introduction

In 2014, VISIONTEK INC. undertook the pipeline management and inspection system project of WISCO Energy General Factory-Ironmaking Plant.

Project Requirements

• release end: to issue two 3d data, storage pipeline data, business data, inspection data. 
• conductor end: 3d roaming function, business query capabilities, analysis capabilities. 
• acquisition terminal: inspection, export/upload

Scope of Project 

Wuhan Iron and Steel works 0.4 square kilometers Design data framework and design process 

• initial data: basic data (0.5 m WISCO orthogonal projection as cadastral survey and housing data) 
• iron piping schematic diagram Principle of reduction: 
• model plane position (coordinates), valves (typical categories), serial number

Inspection terminal function

• new inspection business
• (record location gathering information, pictures, text)
•  upload or export task result.

• three-dimensional scene shows.

• according to the code name search to locate the valve elements
• search patrol record according to the attribute, and on the 3 d display and playback.
