Aerial photography service of a rural land contract and management right confirmation in Guangxi
In 2015, VISIONTEK INC. undertook the aerial photography service project of determining the contracted management right of a rural land in Guangxi. The whole test area covers 446 square kilometers, and the contracted cultivated land covers 178,000 mu. The project requires the adoption of the whole low-altitude digital aerial photography method, and the production of color digital positive image of the cultivated land according to 1:1000 scale. To provide the basis for rural land contract management rights investigation, database construction and information platform.
In the process of aerial shooting in this project, UV20 UAV, NIKON D800 digital camera and dual-frequency GNSS receiver are adopted. After solving, the station coordinates of each aerial image can be obtained. The flight team designed the flight plan according to the operation range line, and obtained high-resolution UAV images of the whole test area. After the image is obtained, GPS assisted air-three encryption is carried out in the HAT UAV sparse control air-three platform. Only a few ground control points are needed to complete the air-three encryption task in a large area. Then, the result of null and three encryption is imported into the MapMatrix digital photogrammetric platform for DEM production and single piece orthographic correction, and the image is homogenized in EPT software for light and color, splicing and cutting, and the standard 1:1000DOM result is produced.
VISIONTEK INC. used the low-altitude digital aerial photography of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) to complete the aerial photography service project of rural land contract and management right confirmation with high efficiency and precision. The high-resolution positive projective image results can well serve the land contract and management right ownership survey, database construction and information platform construction in this area.
